1)  arrange for the FIT program details required to generate payback on the Solar PV electricity generated
2)  inspect your roof to determine if it needs replacing prior to the solar PV install - we will even replace your roof for you under the 20 year lease agreement if needed!
3)  following the Notice To Proceed (NTP) from the OPA for power generation; install solar panels on your roof and handle all maintenance and permits
4)  pay you on a monthly basis for the use of your roof

2)  we have investors that are interested in the 10-14% returns on investment for generating this power
